Jerry Lou，founder and Chairman of everpine capital, has more than 20 years of experience in China and international primary and secondary capital markets. He was a Vice President at Franklin Templeton Asset Management, a US based Emerging Market asset manager, and a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley, a US investment bank. Mr. Lou was also China’s first batch of financial experts to work in Hong Kong, since 2001. He was awarded by China Business Network the "Financial Figure of the Year" in 2016.  He is a professor of practice at the business school of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. Mr. Lou is a thought leader with profound understanding of China and international economy and industry trends, a financial leader with first-hand experience in international investment and China’s industrial operation, a well-known financial opinion leader and speaker, an expert in cross-border deal structuring and cross-cultural negotiations. Mr. Lou holds a bachelor’s degree from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics and an EMBA degree from Tsinghua-PBoC School of Finance.

In 2014, Jerry founded Everpine Capital and invited partners who were senior executives from top international institutions such as GE, Caterpillar, J.P. Morgan Chase and TPG Capital, with a vision to build a China based global M&A and techonology transfer fund. Currently, Everpine Capital has become a international investment institution with its portfolios in aviation, healthcare, education and lifestyle and successfully transferred a large number of industrial resources including top aviation manufacturing technology and surgical robotics technology, and is serving China’s industrial transformation and upgrading and national strategic development.
