Carol was the Head of Research at Morgan Stanley Huaxin Securities, where she led the work including setting up the research team and building the research system.
Prior to that, Carol Wang held the position of Vice President of Morgan Stanley Asia Research, covering TMT and consumer sectors. She was ranked the second best researcher in the software industry in Asia Pacific by Institutional Investor.
Carol participated in and led the IPO of iSoftStone, Yagor's investment in Jinzhengda, the convertible bond issue of XCMG, and several M&A projects including MacDuffie, South Beauty, OMH Group and Jiangyin Jianghua Microelectronic materials.

Nathan Wang

30 years of experience in domestic and overseas investment and financing. Nathan has been the Investment Director of Jiangtie International Asset Management Co., Ltd. since May 2019. Prior to that, he served as an Executive Director at several well-known capital management institutions, where he was responsible for the company's operations, sales, marketing and managed a US$50 million investment portfolio.
Prior to that, Nathan served as an executive at leading international financial institutions such as UBS, Sino Capital and Morgan Stanley, where he led a number of famous deals.
Nathan holds a double degree in Economics and Law from Macquarie University, Australia. And Nathan is Licensed Solicitor in Australia, Licensee of SFC 1/4/9 in Hong Kong SAR.
Mia Liang

Over 10 years of experience in bond market and equity market, mainly responsible for fund raising and government relations of the company. Leading in raising money and setting up local government industrial funds in Jiangsu and Shandong Province.
Before joining in Everpine, Mia worked in China Development Bank Securities, China Development Bank, Bank of China International Securities and J.P. Morgan (Mainland) Securities, where she led the work including setting up private equity financing team, underwriting local government bonds and issuance and sales. Maintained good relationship with local governments in many places.
Bachelor degree of business from Nottingham, UK and EMBA from Tsinghua University, currently a member of the CPPCC in Zibo.

During his work in Guofeng Law Firm, Alex provided legal services for many large domestic and foreign enterprises' investment projects, participated in the establishment of government industrial guidance funds, private equity investment funds, private securities investment funds, etc., and served as the permanent legal advisor of many funds.
