Mr.Xinchun Qin is the new principal of Shanghai campus, master of education, senior teacher of middle school. He has been engaged in the education industry for 27 years, with nearly 20 years of experience as a principal. Before joining The MacDuffie School, he was the principal of Hailiang Education International high school, a Nasdaq listed education group.

President Qin mentioned in the interview that his education philosophy is to provide international growth programs for students, to receive high-quality international education at home, to ensure that students "grow up, become talented and succeed".
